Pre-Order Policy

Welcome to FRANKI! We appreciate your interest in pre-ordering our products. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your pre-order:

  1. Pre-Order Process:
  • Pre-ordering allows you to reserve an item before it is officially released and available for general sale.
  • Placing a pre-order indicates your agreement to abide by the terms outlined in this policy. 
  1. Payment:
  • Payment is required in full at the time of placing a pre-order.
  • We accept payments for transactions, but each transaction will request for your photo ID which will be same listed on your ID card.
  • Your payment will be processed immediately upon placing the pre-order.
  1. Order Confirmation:
  • Upon successful placement of your pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing details of your pre-order, including the expected release date.
  1. Release Date
  • The expected release date of the pre-ordered item will be clearly communicated on the product page.
  • Please note that release dates are estimates and subject to change due to factors beyond our control. We will notify you promptly of any changes.
  1. Shipping:
  • Shipping timelines for pre-ordered items will be communicated to you via email.
  • Orders can take up to 3-5 business days to process starting on the release date, or the first business day after the release date if date advertised is a holiday, weekend, etc.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated based on your location and preferred shipping method.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
  1. Cancellation and Refunds:
  • You cannot cancel your pre-order once you hit the submit button. The only option available is to receive store credits, which you can use for future purchases.   
  1. Product Availability:
  • Pre-order availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • If the pre-ordered item becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and provide options for a refund or an alternative product.
  1. Changes to Orders:
  • Once a pre-order is placed, no changes can typically be made to ensure the efficient processing of orders and to maintain fairness among customers. This policy helps streamline the fulfillment process and ensures that orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner. If customers need to make changes, they may need to cancel their pre-order and place a new one, subject to availability and any applicable terms and conditions.
