Currently, shipping takes between five and ten days, depending on the postal service in your region. Everyone knows the feeling one gets when he or she clicks the "Complete Order" button. Two minutes later, where is my order? As excited as you are to see you slay the goodies you have just purchased, we are too. Our goal is to ensure that your order is dispatched as soon as possible.
FRANKI is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume seasons. The shipping time for items purchased on pre-order varies according to the item description and the pre-order policy.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. We will be closed on the following public holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment. We will continue to ensure your FRANKI order gets to you ASAP, however, we do appreciate your patience!
Pre-ordered items may take up to four weeks to arrive. When you include a pre-order item in your order, the delivery of your entire order will be delayed. If you would like to arrange an alternative, please contact us at

FRANKI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.
